06/25/19: Bike Buckeye Lake group working in improve bikeability and safety in the Buckeye Lake Region is hosting the 2019 Bike Buckeye Lake ride in August. More Info
06/25/19: Video detailing the need for an extension of the bike path north to the Licking County Health Department.
02/01/2017: A multi-use trail has been completed over State Route 16 as part of the Thornwood Connector project. This trail segment joins the Newark trail located near Cherry Valley Road and the Granville trail that follows Newark-Granville Rd. This connector adds a safe crossing point over SR16 and improves bike and pedestrian access to these trails.
12/14/16: The Hopewell Drive to Forry Multi-Use Trail extension project awarded funding with work to begin in 2018. More Info
