The Licking County Health Department has expanded into western Licking County!
In our Pataskala Office, we offer Environmental Health Services and Permits, Vital Records (Birth and Death Certificates) and Clinic Services. You now can pick up an at-home Covid-19 testing kit in our office during business hours. If you are symptomatic, please have someone else come in and pick them up. Immunization Clinics are held in this office on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Call to schedule an appointment: 740-349-6535.
