The Licking County Health Department has expanded into western Licking County!
In our Pataskala Office, we offer Environmental Health Services and Permits, Vital Records (Birth and Death Certificates) and Clinic Services. Immunization Clinics are held in this office on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Call to schedule an appointment: 740-349-6535.
