Our goal is to help create a healthier Licking County by partnering with the community to connect individuals with the support they need.
How We Help
Our staff, who are also members of the community, will help understand your needs and work with you to create a plan using available resources. When needed, the navigator can advocate on your behalf to ensure you get the support you deserve.
We will help you identify your needs and work with you to create a plan to address those needs by navigating existing community resources.
Services
- Support for individuals and support networks of individuals experiencing substance use disorders
- Coordination of appointments & services
- Assistance with transportation to appointments
- Access to community resources
- Decrease barriers to care
- Assist with re-entry into the community
We work with communities to find out what’s available and what’s possible.
If it doesn’t exist… we’ll work at building it.
